Calms returns to Deefow
The situation in the area of Deefow is calm following a gun battle pitting two clan militia that left 12 people dead yesterday. The fight also left another nine people injured.
Some of the residents who spoke to Radio Bar-kulan said the area was calm, even though the warring sides are still on their same spots following the fighting yesterday. The fighting displaced many including women and children .
A Radio Bar-kulan reporter in Hiiraan region say there is an on ongoing effort to stop the violence in the area.
